About Our Food

Our dough is made with 100% authentic tipo “00” Caputo flour. This flour travels from Naples, Italy (the birthplace of pizza) from over 6,000 miles away, just to be featured in our pizza.

The signature cheese blends we make are made from the highest quality Italian Parmigiano Reggiano & whole milk Mozzarella.

A Sauce that Shines requires love. Ours is made with hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes grown in the rich, volcanic soils under the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, Campania, Italy.

Quality Meats are hard to find. That’s why we make our House Fennel Sausage from scratch, every time. We aim to source our meat and produce as locally as possible.
